Create Your Organization

Your organization is the workspace where DevOps Genie keeps users, cloud accounts, scans, findings, integrations, and settings together.

During onboarding​

  1. Open app.devopsgenie.ai.
  2. Sign in or create an account.
  3. Enter your Organization Name.
  4. Confirm the Organization Slug.
  5. Continue to cloud account setup.

The slug is used by DevOps Genie to identify your organization in product routing and setup flows. Choose a slug that is short, recognizable, and tied to your company or team name.

Who should create the organization​

The first user should be someone who can coordinate security and cloud access, typically:

  • Engineering lead.
  • Platform lead.
  • Cloud administrator.
  • Security or compliance owner.

Admin responsibilities​

The first admin can:

  • Connect cloud accounts.
  • Invite users.
  • Configure active compliance frameworks.
  • Deploy and manage the DevOps Genie Agent.
  • Manage organization-level settings.
